Yes we can only rent to Active US military members who are stationed at either RAF Mildenhall or Lakenheath, this is due to insurance reasons.
We include damage coverage for both the bodywork and the windshield in the price of the rental with our Sedans ONLY! (we are the only company that offers this at no additional cost).
There is a generous mileage allowance of 400 miles per week. However, you can go over this for a small charge. (Please note that our vehicles must stay on the mainland).
If our office is closed, our answer phone message gives an out of hours cell phone number in which emergencies can be dealt with.
No, we participate in the VAT scheme on base meaning that you can avoid paying the additional 20% UK sales tax.
We have no hidden or additional costs, We do offer an optional, £1 per day, tire damage waiver if you wish to take this.
